Terms of Use
1. Service
Skinup provides an interface for viewing Counter-Strike 2 and Rust item reference values and, when separately enabled, managing eligible Steam inventory transfers. Availability, pricing and tradability can change. Reference catalog entries do not represent inventory held by Skinup.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. You may not use Skinup from a prohibited jurisdiction, through sanctions evasion, or for unlawful gambling, money laundering, fraud or market manipulation.
3. Upoin
Upoin is an internal accounting and display unit. It is not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a deposit, an investment or a claim against Skinup. Upoin cannot be bought for money, withdrawn as money, transferred between users, or redeemed for cash. Skinup may correct balances affected by error, fraud or duplicated processing and will keep an audit record of such corrections.
3A. Daily profile reward
Eligible Steam-authenticated users may claim the displayed daily Upoin reward after Skinup verifies the required public profile name suffix or an approved Skinup avatar. A reward may be claimed once per Steam account per UTC day. The reward is promotional closed-loop credit, has no cash value, and may be withheld or reversed where automation, duplicate accounts, profile spoofing or other abuse is detected. Profile changes can take time to appear through Steam.
4. Items and external value
CS2 and Rust items are licensed digital content governed by their publishers and by Steam terms. Items may have value outside Skinup; therefore, any feature combining item value, consideration and chance may be regulated. Skinup keeps chance-based modes and withdrawals disabled until the operator completes jurisdiction-specific legal review and any required licensing, age, identity, location and responsible-use controls.
5. Account security
You are responsible for your Steam account, Steam Guard, trade URL and device security. Skinup will never ask for your Steam password in the site interface. Trades must be reviewed in Steam before acceptance.
6. Prohibited conduct
Automation abuse, multiple-account exploitation, chargeback fraud, stolen items, manipulated pricing, API abuse, denial-of-service activity and attempts to bypass limits or geographic restrictions are prohibited.
7. Suspension and corrections
Accounts or transactions may be paused for security, sanctions, fraud, ownership or technical review. Obvious pricing, duplicate-credit and inventory-reconciliation errors may be reversed with an audit entry.
8. Publisher disclaimer
Skinup is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Facepunch Studios. Steam, Counter-Strike, Rust and related marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
