Skinup currently uses only storage required to deliver and secure the service. Advertising, cross-site tracking and analytics cookies are not enabled.
Signed session cookie
sid keeps a Steam-authenticated user signed in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure when the site runs over HTTPS. It expires after seven days or when the user signs out.
Administrator session
adm is restricted to the hidden operations console. It is HttpOnly and short-lived. Production access must additionally be protected by network controls and multi-factor authentication.
Local preferences
The browser stores adult-confirmation and cookie-notice acknowledgements locally. These values are not advertising identifiers and are not sent to third parties.
Future optional cookies
If analytics, marketing or other non-essential storage is introduced, it must remain off by default until the user makes a specific, informed choice. Accept and reject controls must be equally accessible, and consent must be revocable.
